- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst customer service ever. Terribly rude. Connie yelled at me demanding info about my son's allergies, when they have his blood work results, and for not filling out the part of the form that I did not even know about, not to mention the form is not free. Dr, Shana Kasnoski did not refill ointment that worked, in order to get a different prescription I had to make another appointment. She scheduled next appointment for 2 year old check up and planned to give him more vaccines. (As I found out he was not due yet). I’m glad I changed the pediatrician. Connie doesn’t know what paper work needed and procedures, when people change pediatricians. She also wrote my name incorrectly. The paper work was not full. Allergies info was missing and shot records for my oldest son was missing too. Sloppy.July 04, 2017by Madina Matthews
